Teams

St Pancras runs and thrives on the service and dedication of our volunteers. Whether it’s serving coffee, welcoming at the door or leading worship, each team plays a vital role in the life of our church.

We encourage everyone to join a home group and also be part of one of our serving teams. It's a key way to meet others and be actively involved in the life of the church. Check out the teams below and find where God may be calling you to serve.

Welcome Team:   Ready to welcome church members and visitors on a Sunday and help integrate visitors into the church.

Children’s & Youth Team: Either lead or help with children's activities on a Sunday, at Glow, our mid-week group for children or at Messy Church, which meets once a month. All people on this team need to go through our safer recruiting process and keep up-to-date with safeguarding training.

Music Team: If you have a  talent for singing or playing an instrument in the worship group one or more Sundays a month.  Young musicians are also welcome to get involved.

Production Team: Managing the projection, sound system and online streaming during the services.

Catering Team:  Preparing and serving tea & coffee after church services. Getting involved with catering or serving food and drink at other services and events throughout the year.

Pastoral Team: Meeting in prayer triplets and providing care, communication and prayer for those with long term needs.

Prayer Ministry Team: there is an opportunity to pray for people after each service. The prayer ministers work in teams of two.

All prayer ministers and pastoral team have completed an online safeguarding course set by the Anglican Church and delight to pray for and support anyone who comes.

Please contact Sam at admin@stpancs.org for more information, or talk to a member of the team on Sunday morning.
